All committee members stand down at the AGM and a new committee is elected.

Current committee members can stand for re-election provided they have not reached the maximum term allowed in the constitution.

Volunteers to join the committee are welcome - you've no idea how welcome! If you are interested in helping to run VCV please make it known to the Chair or any current committee member.

Guests are not permitted to attend the AGM.
