A small group of people from both VCV u3a and Chiswell Green u3a will select a holiday destination and tour operator.

Details of the holiday will be circulated to to all group members. This will include dates, destination, cost and tour operator details.

Places on the holiday will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Anyone wishing to go an the holiday must contact the tour operator directly, not the group organiser. Once the place is confirmed, payment is made direct to the tour operator.

From that point, all arrangements will be notified from the tour operator.

Participants are responsible for organising their own travel insurance.
